Is Newberg CrossFit right for you?

Newberg CrossFit brings a unique approach to training that is time tested and member approved.  The results of the CrossFit program are irrefutable.  What we do is train for every possible function we can think of.  There is no routine, there is no defined pattern.  Our pattern is constant variance.

What we’ve seen is that the more variance provided in the training the more exponential the physical response.  What we mean is that we have seen the more we alter every phase and aspect of each workout the more our body will respond.

We believe in pushing the limits every time you set foot inside the CrossFit facility!

We will challenge you physically and more important our workouts will challenge you mentally.  CrossFit breeds a degree of mental toughness that is not much found in our society today.  It’s important to test your abilities and see what you’re capable of.  We believe that you will be amazed at what you’re true capacities are.

The natural instincts that come out in a group dynamic also promote our training style.  Where else do you see athletes encouraging each other while competing with one another?  It defies logic but our most basic nature is to be part-of and in-community with others.  We are a community of people working to become better one day at a time.
