Our CrossFit 101 Program will introduce you to Functional Fitness and educate you throughout the course on our methodology and approach to health, wellness, and fitness.


CrossFit 101 will introduce you to the core movements we have found to be most effective in training humans. With our assessment on day 1 we will get a look at previous injuries and current dysfunctions in movement that can impede your progress and delay development allowing us to write a prescription with corrective exercises and measures to give you the opportunity to be successful on your journey.

We will take time to teach you how to move and move correctly under the guidance of our highly trained and educated staff. Our policy with all new clients is that we initiate education through application of the methods we have developed over years of experience. We will also focus on mastering mechanics first, consistency second, and moving into intensity third.

We recommend bringing a water bottle and arriving 10-15 minutes prior to the first class so you can meet our coaches, ask questions, sign our waiver and pay the 101 class enrollment fee of $70. You can also download the waiver and pay via PayPal online (see link below).
