WOD – Workout Of The Day
Box – is what we call a CrossFit facility
AMRAP – As many rounds as possible
TABATA – is not an acronym. It is interval training at it’s best. 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 consecutive rounds.
PR - Personal Record
RX – the prescribed weight and proper form throughout an entire workout
RFT – Rounds for time
MOBILITY – Active Stretching
OHS – Overhead Squat
SQ - Squats
FS – Front Squat
BS -Back Squat
PP – Push Press
MP - Military Press
SN - Snatch
PSN - Power Snatch
CLN - Clean
PC - Power Clean
 
C&J - Clean and Jerk
PJ – Push Jerk
DL – Deadlift
SDL – Sumo Deadlift
SDHP – Sumo Deadlift High Pull
