How long have you been a member at NCF? I've been at NCF since December 2015

Which class do you usually attend? I normally attend the 5:30am class 
How did you find NCF? I found NCF through work, my boss Dr. Weber has been a member of NCF since it first opened and was always talking about it so I figured I would give it a try.
What is your athletic/fitness background? I played a lot of sports growing up but that's about it since High School.
What is your most challenging move in Crossfit? The most challenging movement for me would be squats in general because my mobility needs a lot of work. Oh and burpees!!
What is your favorite thing about NCF? My favorite thing about NCF is the community. It's a really welcoming place and the coaches do such a good job of motivating you and pushing you to do better. I like coming out of class and feeling like I've improved.
What is your biggest accomplishment since starting Crossfit? My biggest accomplishment is probably when I kept up with Dr. Weber on a deadlift ladder wod. I love that I'm starting to get athletic enough to be more competitive during workouts instead of just trying to not puke or pass out. Now I'll read wodify and think "I've got this!".
How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness? Crossfit has changed my life in so many ways and I've become somewhat obsessed with the sport. I'm constantly wanting to be a stronger and healthier version of myself and the discipline you learn doing Crossfit translates into everything you do. I'm really happy with how much my fitness has improved this last year and I know it's only going to get better.
Name one goal/personal achievement you would like to achieve through CrossFit? My current goals are to be able to master T2B, double unders and handstand push-ups.
Hobbies/Interests outside of CrossFit? My hobbies include riding horses, painting, camping and hiking.
Any advice for new members? My advice to new members is to just stick with it. You're going to have days that you have to make yourself go, or times where you read the wod and want to cry or sneak out before someone sees you but it's all so worth it. It's only 1hr in your day but it will change your whole life.
