scale to chest to bar  or to pull-ups depending on skill level

B) 1 minute stations

1- 100M run

2- Double Unders

3- push-ups

4- box jumps 20/24

5- wall ball 14/20

3 rounds

1 minute rest between rounds

C) ROMWOD
