WHAT IS THE ON RAMP?
If you're curious about CrossFit, and want to give it a try, hop into our ON RAMP program!
ReBuilt ON RAMP is our trial program for clients new to CrossFit or our Community at NCF. This allows you the opportunity to spend valuable time with our world class training staff and one of a kind community.
What you will receive in our ON RAMP program:
Two 1 hour personal training sessions with our head coaches Doug Hildreth and Christine Stacey
Two personally guided classes within our larger group class
Free trial period to allow you to try any of our group classes
What to expect from your ON RAMP experience:
Introduction to the foundational movements of CrossFit
Understanding what CrossFit is and the purpose of "functional movements"
Safe and effective ways to scale and modify movements based on where you're at in your health and fitness journey
A head to toe assessment designed with physical therapists to determine the best prescription of exercise for you
A personalized list of simple movements that will help you immediately improve in all 10 domains of fitness
Learning the basic structure and flow of our coached classes
A preliminary test workout to help you and us assess and evaluate your growth over the first few weeks
Access to our amazing community of people at Newberg CrossFit ReBuilt
Discounts Available for groups of 3 or more who schedule their ON RAMP together. We also offer discounts to military, first responders, or students.
