CrossFit is a community based fitness program that is constantly varied to include movements from the arenas of Olympic lifting, gymnastics and endurance sports.
At Newberg CrossFit, we utilize functional movement patterns that are universally applicable and scalable, meaning that they apply to everyone regardless of their fitness level or experience. The goal is long term health and fitness, to battle the effects of age on the body, and to live long and thrive. Beyond that, CrossFit is a community.
